Project Preamble<\/strong><\/p>\n

Following are details of The Project Financing Agreement (FA) between the BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TRUST FUND<\/strong> represented by the Programme Co-ordinator, hereinafter referred to as \u201cCDTF\u201d, of the one part and \nCONSERVATION AND MANAGEMENT OF EAST MAU GROUP (COMEG)<\/strong> represented by the FlamingoNet on behalf of the local communities, Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS), KFS among other partners on the other hand for the sole purpose of implementing Conservation and Management of Eastern Mau Forest and its Environs Project in Upper Catchment of Lake Nakuru\n<\/p>\n

The Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nFor the purpose of this Financing Agreement, Conservation and Management of East Mau Group (COMEG) is signing on behalf of the local communities, Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS), Kenya Forest Service (KFS) among other partners hereinafter referred to as Beneficiaries.\n\n\n\n

The Agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n

IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows: The CDTF and the Beneficiaries will each partly finance the Conservation and Management of Eastern Mau Forest and its Environs Project located in Rift Valley Province, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cProject\u201d and to enable the Beneficiaries implement all the components of this Project Financing Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
